Could it actually happen?

Just as we were about to leave for playgroup this morning, I got a call from our realtor. She wanted to let me know whe had just emailed us an offer on our house! WAHOO!!! The offer is a bit lowball, but we will counter. It gives us a place to start though, and I'm just happy we actually got an offer. It definitely gives us some hope!!!
