Rent Money

After being on the market for almost a year and a half, and trying to rent it out for awhile, something is FINALLY happening with our house. We thought we had renters several months ago, and she pulled out after the final walk-through. We though we had it sold, but they pulled out several days after the original closeing date (we had signed an extesion, so we were all supposed to be bound by the contract...). But we did it! We finally got renters moved in. I put our first rent check into the bank today. WAHOO!!!! We are finally going to stop bleeding money..... I am very grateful for that!
